The HB5035 is a high efficient energy- saving LED display panel driver IC for large current, high brightness application. It has built-in 16-bit CMOS shift register and latch function, which converts serial input data into parallel output data format and realizes data refresh. HB5035 accepts an input voltage range from 3V to 5.5V. Sixteen output channels provide uniform and constant current range from 3mA to 45mA determined by an external resistor. HB5035 guarantees to endure maximum 17V at the output port, therefore it can cascade multiple LEDs in each output port and keep output current stable.
HB5035 has a strong current output capability. It can provide 20mA constant output current in 5V working voltage and 170 mV output voltage condition. This greatly reduce machine energy consumption of the LED screen and the equipment working temperature. HB5035 also provides the high clock frequency, 30MHz, to satisfy the system requirements of
high volume data transmission.
